How to work with us
Get excited about traveling again by leaving the planning to us! Here’s how we make the process seamless, collaborative, and entirely customized to you.

Submit a trip inquiry through our [Start Planning] form. Share a bit about your vision…where, when, and why you want to go, as well as any key preferences.

We’ll review your details and send you a link to schedule a complimentary travel consultation call. This is our chance to get to know each other, dive deeper into your travel style, and confirm the best service tier for your needs.

After your design fee is paid we will get to work on creating your dream itinerary. Sit back as we curate a fully bespoke travel experience; from distinctive accommodations to immersive activities and seamless logistics. You’ll receive a digital itinerary to review and unlimited rounds of refinements to make it just right.
Once you approve your itinerary, I’ll handle all bookings, confirmations, and special requests including dinner and spa reservations. You’ll also receive a travel-ready itinerary with everything you need, including destination insights, insider tips, and in destination emergency contacts (where applicable).

While you’re away, We’re available to assist with any hiccups or changes. You travel confidently knowing someone’s in your corner every step of the way. A real human is just an easy text or call away!
